R Tucker Thompson

I had the opportunity to go on the R Tucker Thompson for a day sail.  Students at Northland College have the opportunity to apply for scholarships to attend a 7 day voyage on the R Tucker Thompson.

Learning to Blog

1. 1. Today I've been learning to blog.  So far I know how to put a word document into my blog and also to embed a slide show
2. I think I need to keep practicing this often otherwise I'm going to forget how to do this.
3. The person showing me how to do this is an ex student of mine.  Its great to have her teaching me now.

6.15pm Welcome by Mr Luders

6.20pm  Karakia then kai (Photo slide show rolling)

6.45 (maybe still while dessert is being eaten)  Mr Luders gives brief korero and introduces both the Deputy Head Girl (Natasha Williams) and Deputy Head Boy to speak (Phoenix Witehira).

7.15pm  Senior Dean and other teachers to speak -

7.20pm  Open floor for any korero

9.00pm Karakia to close
